Download A-Squared Free here http://www.emsisoft.de/en/software/free/ And it will remove the trojan.
You also need an antivirus app, i highly recomend Avira Antivir PE, which is also Free. You can get it here http://www.free-av.com/

* Exploits system or software vulnerabilities

Follow the 3 steps
(1) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one .
(2) If you have not already scanned your comp with Spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans
(3) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

The particular thing you are looking to get rid of is in your Temporary Internet File and you can rid yourself of it by clearing them...but I advise you run some of the scanners mentioned by the above 2 posters. No doubt, other nasties came with it.

I do not recommend A-Squared because it spits out to many false positives.

AntiVir is an excellent AV with powerful heuristics scanning if you do not already have an AV installed or AVG would also be a good choice.
