Threaten legal action if they don't pony up promptly. I have a friend that experienced a similar event with Best Buy, and he never did truly get satisfaction. He terrorized the local Best Buy by damaging display appliances repeatedly, by cutting door gaskets on refrigerators; Hiding raw fish in concealed places, and once transplanted an entire ant colony into the store using sandwich bags.

Are they the ones who are obligated to fix it? Read your contract. Call the manufacturer and ask if there is anyone else that you can get to do the work under warranty. You can ask for their complaint department, but you will probably just have to talk to whoever you can.
Call the Best Buy district or regional office. If you do not get a commitment from them today, call the local Better Business Bureau. Be sure to mention that the manager threatened to delay the repairs even more. Do NOT whine, be business like and factual. Unless they have a solution that can be done within 48 hours, do the following.
Write Best Buy a letter. State in clear, non-emotional terms the facts about the problems. Include as many dates as possible and what was done or not done. Thing like the purchase date, when you contacted them about each problem, when the workmen came and the resolution of those visits.
State how it is impacting you, but do it VERY briefly and to the point, NO whining. This is a business letter, keep it strictly business. NO threats, NO whining, no pleas, just the facts. Tempting as it will be to just call them names, make it facts.
State that you require them to resolve the problems within 10 working days or give you a 100% refund. State that if that is not done, that you will be forced to take legal actions. Send it registered with a return receipt. Also send a copy to the local Better Business Bureau.
If they don't fix it, sue them in small claims court. You do not need a lawyer, but they will have one there. If you go to court, take EVERY piece of paperwork that you have and have it organized, not just thrown together.
I have had some very good service at Best Buy and some terrible service. I have heard good information and total lies. That is from both employees and managers. If you have not talked to the store's general manager, be sure to do that. They really don't want customer complaints, especially if they think you will really carry through with the BBB and small claims.

As Dragon stated, call the appliance maker's toll free number and if it's still under warranty, which it sounds like they are, then they'll give you a repair service number or have someone contact you. All the major appliance makers have agreements with regional repair services. Best Buy doesn't make the repairs. Look in your paperwork that came with your appliances.

Get on line and notify their corporate office first. Try your Better Business Burerau next. Some TV stations would love tohear from you. They have assisted many homeowners and renters by exposing the stores (like Best Buy) and the TV audience knows what stores NOT to shop in.

they are covered by the manufactuer's warranty typically 90 days or 1 year, call the manufactuer's hotline, all of them have one..
but if you live in CA you do have consumer rights, and you may be entitled to a full refund or pro rated refund since the failures occur in suchg a short time, you have to check your local omnibudsman on that one
