Hey- it's me with another side splits question... Everyone has helped me so much and my right splits are almost flat. But the only problem is my left leg's (which is in the back) knee is bent and my left leg isn't quite on the ground. Any suggestions or should I just keep streching??

roll over to the left just a little more until your heel is facing the ceiling and your knee is facing the floor. It'll take a little more stretching but you should have it in no time! if you lay on your front leg you'll go down a bit farther.

Okay- when stretching into your split, just go down as far as possible with both of your legs straight. Dont bend them at all. Hold for around 1 minute. Then take a 2 minute brake. Then go back and hold the split again. Good luck!
