Well now I really,really hate to sound like a Clergy Woman but the truth is its love ~ real love and only love that sums everything up. Bible says love covers a multitude of sins that's how we're forgiven and accepted by God ~ that's what having received salvation is all about.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8 gives us a hint of real love.it says:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.Love never fails."
So I think it's only love. real love takes time to grow and it doesn't grow on its own ~ we've to ask God to put HIS love in our heart because God is Love. so all I can say is once this love is developed there is no other foundation that would preserve and sustain longer and better than this.
Btw, in your question you've mentioned "to build a solid home...we need a solid "FOUNTAIN"....is it again a typo error ?? I sincerely hope you're not planning to build your home on the FOUNTAINS....lol...
