Comical Murder?

I have created a small poster for the play we are presenting. Could you give me some feedback on it and please tell me what to improve etc. The play takes place where the murder was. The inspector is an old hag... It is very funny.

I say too plain. How bout a 50's looking lady at a table with ketchup with the black man with knife image behind her?
