I am a 47 year old male, disabled, recieving SSI. How do I successfully locate and apply for a government grant to help pay for my education? Are these gov. grants you here so much
about, real or a scam?

There is the pel grant that a lot of people use, also you can try PIC or private industry council, I have had a few friends get their college through them.

Yes, a friend of mine has one now and is studying at the University of Miami. I still don't understand exactly what she's studying. How about the federal government's education site maybe? Good luck! (If you want me to email her and ask her how she found them, contact me.)
