Otherwise, download "Audacity" - it's freeware and it allows you to edit such tracks into individual ones. I find it most helpful in removing the seemingly endless silence you get before the hidden track at the end of an album

Incidentally, "MP3Trim" is an excellent piece of freeware for making your own ringtones - allows you to take certain parts from tracks and make them stand alone.
