my mom just lost lost her scarf a few days ago!
Why would someone what a old,broken, scarf?

maybe a lot of stuff happen with the scarf...a lot of memorys and stuff

If you're asking why would she still want the scarf:
Sentimental resons. Perhaps someone special gave it to her or it reminds her of something that makes her happy.

If you're asking why someone else would take the scarf:
I have no idea. Cold?

IT HAS MEMORIES WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT THERE IS ALOT IN IT IF I LOST IT I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN
