You mean in the month they've been in power? :-)
Raising the minimum wage was a good start.

Matt I think you need to go to www.history.com? And look up the Reagan administration that continued for 8 yrs. Then Bush Sr. 4 years, then Clinton and he tried, and we were better, but then now 6 years of Bush Jr? that is 18 years of oppression to 8 years inbetween that we have had just a little breather. How do you propose with a dictator in office that is told not to do something and he does it anyway? Trillions on this War? What do you expect them to do? Just print money? Look up the economy under Clinton and compare? And be unbiased. Then you will know. Democrats aren't cheap when it comes to people, but Republicans are, and Reps, give lavishly to big biz and Dems don't. Big difference bubba.

Are you kidding us? You must be.....
If not, you sure have an inflated sense of what ANYONE could do in 2 months. whether Democrat OR Republican.
Do you seriously expect the Dems to fix in 2 months what it took the Republicans in Congress and the White House SIX YEARS to screw up? We are indebted to the Chinese to the tune of almost NINE TRILLION DOLLARS, all because of Bush and his Neo Con agenda of World (well, oil) Domination.

Sorry, regardless of what Rush Limbaugh says, the Dems have no magic wands to bail you out of your foolishness.
Say Im your neighbor. I tell you Im going to build a nuclear reactor in my backyard. You are understandibly terrified, since you know Im an idiot who will meltdown the whole town. You tell me over and over, dont build it, dont build it, but I call myself the "Decider" and build the reactor anyway. It, of course, immediately goes into meltdown. I then point my finger at you and blame you for not telling me OFTEN ENOUGH not to build the thing. How about knowing I borrowed money to build it, which YOU will have to pay back? Is this acceptable to you?
Then why is it acceptable to you when Republicans do it?

Get real. Why haven't Republicans won their war in Iraq?
The conservatives have been talking about it for 6 years and this war keeps getting worse and is depressing, so why haven't they done anything to win it yet?

well... they did raise the minimum wage... and they were pushing a bill to help make it cheaper for kids to go to college, not sure where that is right now... and they also pushed the spending bill to make it more difficult to go into debt...
some of this I think is tied up in the senate though, where their "majority" is one vote, and that guy is still sick, last time I heard...
so I named three things that they did (at least pushed as far as they could so far) in a little over a month...
what did the Republicans do over the past 6 years? cut taxes? so that's one thing?

Exactly which country are these 'liberals' living in? If it is this one. they must be eating stupid flakes for breakfast every morning. The economy was doing great last time I checked, even better than under Clinton!

It is in too big of a mess and they have only been in office a month. You think they expect to do things over night. Be advised that the 110th Congress has accomplished as much in one month as the 109th Congress did in its entire 2year run.

Hold your horses, me-bucko! They've only been in power for about a month; & it took the Republicans 6 years to screw it up! Sounds like you're wanting for some "employment" while you're waiting for the Dems to take the "dive" you're hoping for... -I understand there's some "openings" in the military for people headed for Iraq just now...-Care to join them?
