how do you help get rid of a bruise?

i have a bruise and i wanted to know how if possible you can help get rid of a bruise please help

As a healthcare provider I can tell you that there is no way to speed up getting rid of a bruise. Cover it with make-up and wait it out. Watch the pretty colors go from purple/blue to yellow.

you can rub it. it will circulate the blood under the skin so will a few min. of ice and a few min. of heat. but rubbing should help it just a little!

you can try heat or ice, but elevating the area is probally your best bet.
