at this present moment only Chelsea. Man U will never get it past the shareholders. Liverpool dont have the financial muscle right now, neither do Arsenal.

in the enlgish premier league. maybe 4 or so. that would be chealsea, manchester united, liverpool, arsenal and maybe everton doubt it tho
