Battlefield 2 is best. Best graphics and also most realistic.
It is more fun to shoot a chain gun or machine gun and see the bullets flying then shooting a laser gun and BEEP its over with. lol

Gears of War!!! There is a lot more strategy involved, its not just your regular run-and-gun type game like Halo 2. Plus you can play co-op story mode on-line and off, or multi-player on XboxLive.

Halo 2 All the Way Baby!!!! Least in my opinion anyways, the halo series got a good storyline and some good battle's :), but I never played the other one's so wouldn't know about those.

I like Gears of War but it has a short storyline
Edit: Has co-op too and online co-op and it has more gore than Halo (chainsawing people and stomping on people heads online)

i'd say halo 2 because it has co op and you can play against other people online.
