Make a list. (Call it ToDo Image List.)
List all your strengths and weaknesses.
What can you do to improve your image?
Work on the weaknesses.
Keep the list handy at all times.
Keep adding and subtracting from the list as you progress.
Write down what works and what doesn't work.
Stick it to a wall, so you can record your progression daily.

(Always keep the list. Once you stop, you will forget about it.)

Slef-Image-----Let's start with the inside of you. What are your skills for work? Office? Restaurant? Something else? Would going to college for more training on any of these skills be beneficial for you? By what your question is, it sounds like you are in college or doing something to prepare for a career. You are doing what you should be then, to be qualified, and successful. It sounds like you are near completion of all of this preparation. Meanwhile, do you have the funds to do something for fun once in awhile, like bowling, etc.? If so, please do so. Are you feeling depressed? Then please consider going to a counselor to deal with your low self-image. If you are working at a job that doesn't seem to go anywhere for you-in the future-and you are not in school-please consider talking with a college advisor by making an appt. with one at your local college-to discuss classes, etc. I wish the best for you. Take care.
