I'm not sure if you'll be able to find it online, but it is available on DVD and VHS at Amazon.com and I'm sure you can get it for a really cheap price.
I remember when Billboard Dad first came out on VHS and along with my copy, I got this cute little Mary-Kate and Ashley photo frame! It certainly is a cool film, and I'm 19 and in college! :-D

i know where you can go. If you don't mind paying a couple of dollars, thengo to itunes, clcik movies and type in Billboard dad.
Your movie will show up. just buy and enjoy watching. I loved that movie it was hilarious and very cute.
Or you can also try Netflix.com.
Trust me way better than blockbuster.com
It's also way quicker and there are no late fees.

Sorry the only place on the web is to rent it. all you have to do is type websightbillboarddad and it will take you there. sorry but tried, I bought the vhs of them, plus it takes two. that was cute and how the west was won. all of them have mary-kate and ashley, my favorite is it takes two. I hope you find a place on the web to see it. good luck.
