At this point, depending on how her body handles the hormones, there may be none, but some of the most common ones at this point are missed period happens around 4-5 weeks. Nausia, sore and or swollen breast, and extreme tiredness. During this time period, it can be confusing because many of the symptoms are similar to pms which would also be happening about the same time if she is not pregnant. What I found is that the main difference is this time they were worse. My breasts hurt more, I was even more tired than usually etc.

I was really tired all the time, started getting the beginnings of nausea and my boobs were sore. I kinda just get the feeling that something has changed in my body though, nothing i can really put my finger on. Getting a test is the only way to tell for sure

I was way tired! All the time. I felt drained, I would go to bed very early and get a ton of rest. Then I noticed I was going to the bathroom more often than usual. My nose became so very sensitive. Then the tender breasts and finally morning sickness :) It was all worth it though when I finally saw the pink line. I didn't find out I was pregnant till I was almost 14 weeks. Good luck to you both.

Well, women can have different reactions. I knew I was pregnant after two weeks without taking a test. By 4-5 weeks, I was just exhausted. I would come home from work and sleep...oh and the breast swelling.

Hi,
At 4-5 weeks you should be starting to get tired, your breasts will be starting to seem fuller, going to the bathroom all the time and possibly starting to get some morning sickness at any time of the day...
Hope this helps you...
Remember all pregnancies are different and you may or may not experience the above symptoms...
Good Luck!

At that time I would get sore or tingly breasts. That was the only sign I would get. At 6 weeks or more I would begin to get the morning sickness.

My breast were super tender and I was moody. I also had some cramping. She may also be getting morn. sickness, but the sickness can come anytime of day.
She may also be experiencing headaches.
I would go get a test if I was you. Good luck!

well about this time you should be missing your period and you might have some breast tenderness, a little bit of fatigue, around this time most women see a doctor to confirm a pregnancy.
