15. Yes. For instance chlorine is hazardous - that's why bleach is tough on the lungs if you breathe the fumes.

16. Cause it can gain or lose an electron? So it acts like like a group 1 and group 7 atom? I think but not sure.

19) Hydrogen can't be grouped in a family because its properties are different from those of the noble gases and those of the halogen family. It's behaviour makes it so unique that its own family is the best solution.
and also it has one electron in its valence shell but its not a metal, its a nonmetal.

15: Not real sure....they aren't all neassarlily good for you but Fluorine is in tooth paste and cl is in pools...so I'd say false

16)Hydrogen only fits in the alkali metal family because it has one valence electron but it's not a metal. It's a nonmetal. That's why there is a little space in between the hydrogen square and the alkali metals
