First you need to express this to your mom. Tell her that you miss your dad, and want to see him more often. Explain to her that you don't know what to do about it. After all, he is your dad, just because your mom and he don't get along, doesn't mean it's right for you to not get to see him. Tell her how you feel. Then ask if you all can sit and talk together, about ways that you can see him more often. Divorce is unfair when kids are involved. You were so young, it wasn't right for them to take that from you. I'm not saying to go tell your mom just that. But you should definetly let her know how you feel about this. You're her daughter, and your well-being is important to her

Talk with your Mom about how you feel. If you're not comfortable having the conversation, perhaps you could write a letter and ask her to mail it to your Dad. She might consider setting up a time when you could call you Dad on the phone for a chat.

I would assume you have already asked mom why. Write your dad and tell him you would like to see him. I am divorded, have a ten yr old daughter, and I see her every other week, for a week. Of course that works for us, you situation maybe different. I will tell you though, your Dad has been thinking about you, and would probably like to hear from you. Get his address from mom, and mail the letter yourself (to be sure it got mailed).
I am here anytime.

Does your Dad want to see you? If he does he can also come to you. Perhaps he had started another new family and the new family does not want him to get connect with you. You may just check it out by giving him a call or your mum probably can give you an answer.

I'm sorry your parents got divorced and you can't see your dad. You're still a minor so your mom decides on that. Otherwise, wait till your 18 years old to contact your dad because you will be an adult and your mom won't have control over it.

Well talk to your mom and tell her you miss your dad and you wish you could see him more. Ask your mom for his number so you can call him and tell him you miss him very much and want to see him more.

Talk to your mum about how you feel. Tell her that you love her but you also miss him, and want him to be in your life, no matter what happens he is the only dad you have.
If she agrees and tries to help you get in touch with him, you have to know that he might not want to see you so just be ready for that just in case. i hope it works out for you.
