it depends on where they are from, for example, if they are from the USA, they would each need a passport to get into the county and could stay for up to 90 days in one block without needing any sort of more involved visa, however they would not be elligible for any sort of job, you would need a work visa or another type of visa that would enable that.

If your relatives are just coming for a visit, there are no special requirements. They can come on a tourist visa.
