I never heard rule and regulation about this, it just morale issue.
I think after you get divorce it's legal to get married again.
Yes I heard Japanese girl is the best in taking care family loyal obedient and respect husband the most.

Your first issue is obtaining a divorce. If you haven't, then I wouldn't worry about a second marriage.
Clean up the mess you made before making a new one.

You've got to be kidding. Are you in the military? How old are you? There has to be a hidden adgenda. (you want SOFA status, you're desperate, you're an older guy and you want to or need to "control" someone who can cook and clean for you, etc)
