It's been done in rats - but there is the issue of imprinting (some genes are actually expressed differently depending on whether they were inherited from the male or female parent) which means that although it is possible to fuse haploid cells derived from one female with the gametes of another, the offspring are defective.
Recently, scietists were able to create healthy rats with two female parents, but one of the female rats was altered genetically to produce male-type imprinting. Female-female offspring of humans are a long way off, but this kind of research will move us towards that eventuality.
There is another option in development which might be available within your reproductive lifetime. Scientists in the U.K. recently got a grant to produce embryos with three parents - male sperm is fused with an egg that has had its mitochondria replaced with mtDNA from a second woman. The idea is to circumvent certain diseases that are mitochondria-realted, but ostensibly, this could be used to create a child that was, at least partly related to two lesbian parents. (the U.K. team isn't producing anything that will be carried to term as of now.)

As K said, one way for both to have a biological relationship is for one to donate the egg which the other carries. This would qualify both as "biological mothers" as one is the genetic mother and one the birth mother. This has been done, though it can get very expensive and medically intensive.
Another option is if one of you has a brother who would be willing to donate sperm to the other. This would give both a genetic relationship to the child (though not exactly 50/50).
Or unknown donor, or adoption. There are a lot of options, and you should consider the laws in your area, your finanical reserves and how important biological connection is to each of you.

Ovulation usually happens two weeks before your period. If your period is irregular, it's because you're not ovulating at regular intervals. So it's going to be hard for you to pinpoint the times when you're most fertile, or predict them in advance. I don't think you got pregnant this time. If you got your period by June 5, you probably ovulated around May 21. The egg itself is only good for a day or so, meaning that there *PROBABLY* was nothing there to fertilize (although you can never say Never when it comes to these things). Anyway, 18 days is long enough to wait. You can take that pregnancy test any time you wish.

You will obviously need to get sperm somewhere. If you are really serious about it, you can check out sperm banks where you can choose a donor. I believe there is a lot to go through though. Another option, if you have a close male friend, and you could handle having sex with a man a few times you could try that. Good luck!

you could do invetro fertilization, one of you donates an egg, it is fertilized by donor sperm and implanted in the other persons body. that way everyone is an equal participator!
don't listen to the people who are saying its not right. one of my good friends growing up had two mommies and she is a happy well adjusted women with a great job and a good life. if you can provide, nurture and love a child, you should be able to have a child.

Umm no it takes a sperm and an egg to make a baby. You both have an egg. That would NOT work. UNLESS, you adopt or go to a sperm bank. But there is no way the baby could be both of yours blood.

Only with Artificial Insemination. Choosing a father you both can agree on using his sperm or having sex.

This should not be a serious question. Everyone knows that God created a man and a woman to reproduce. I have nothing against gay and lesbian men and women, however it does not take a genius to know that in your case the only options are adopting or a sperm donor.

One of you will have to go to a sperm bank and get a donor in order to have the product implanted and produce a pregnancy. Your other option would be adoption.
