she is friends with my best friend...and this one day when one of my friend went with me to my other friends house...and me and my 2 friends where playing around at my friends house...and she lives next to my ex best friend and like near night time she tryed to kill me and my 2 best friends...and we called the cops...and now she is trying to be my friend again...and i am telling her no...and she wont leave me alone ...what should i do..

You should ask her why she was trying to kill you in the first place. Then if she tells you, you should try to explain to her why you do not want to be her friend anymore. Hope this helps a little.
Then if she still doesnt understand get a restraining order.

talk to your parents. if you are like me and feel uncomfortable talking to your parents or a school staff member then you really should talk to someone you trust whoever that may be. A friend or boyfriend whatever. But lock all your doors at night and don't get too freaked out keep on living your life.

she must be a maniac huh? it's probably over jealousy but if she keeps doin' that it's called a restraining order what she needs but keep an eye on your back. be careful of your surroundings not everyone today is a friend
