well sometimes i do it bc i usually dont shave my legs in the winter but when i do shave my legs i just wanna show em off (u kno)...so what i do is i wear sweat pants to school (for like the bus ride and etc) and then just change into a skirt at school.
i guess other girls do it bc they dont mind the cold, want attention, do what i do, have everything else in the laundry, or just feel like wearing a skirt.

I wear long skirts because of religious reason. It's my conviction not to wear pants. Maybe the girl you saw has the same conviction.

I know! That's ridiculous. Today I saw like five girls in cheerleading uniforms and the about two wearing shorts with a two inch inseam. Some people are retarded.

skirts are an all year thing. Just as long as you don't go to far (really short skirts in winter)

because first of all it's totally fashionable and you get alot of attention because your the only one who's gonna be wearing one in the Winter the guys love it too.

yeah mainly for attention or sometimes they don't get cold from cold weather so they wear skirts anytime or maybe she didn't have anything to wear so she wore a skirt well whatever she's crazy!!!!!!!

i lovee skirts anytime lol!! i wear them mainly because theyre in style and i just love them.. hahah, girly much? lol
