They are both beautiful women. I do not think they can be fairly compared in this fashion. They share such amazing similarities and yet are so very different. Liv is so tall and her eyes are penetrating and haunting. Anne is soft and striking. Adjectives and descriptive words simply do not express their intense beauty. To say that one is prettier than the other is absurd. We all have diversified tastes, likes and dislikes, therefore the answer would be a subjective answer. Given a large enough answer base or control group, you would probably find that 50% would find Anne Hathaway more beautiful than Liv Tyler and otherwise. It is a question without an answer that cannot be founded with any degree of logic. Again they are both extremely beautiful women and deserve the "10" rating that they both have.
