create solid allies in the Middle East, curb world terrorism, reduce domestic unemployment, spark a thriving economy, increase awareness of AIDS in Africa and donate the largest amount of funds ever to needy third world countries. If he does all of these things where will he rate on a scale of 1 - 10, with 1 being bad and 10 being good?

well obviously most people would rate him as ten. Bush's low popularity isnt because of a big conspiracy of personal vendetta, he really has made some terrible leadership decisions that have affected his popularity. Sure, there has been a growing unfriendly media towards the administration, but there is personal accountability.
So yeah, to answer your question, if bush could accomplish the goals you listed I would vote for him, hell Id reelect him in an instant.

i dont think would be considered "the best" but he would be liked quite a bit. it would be pretty amazing if all these things could thouroghly be accomplished, but i doubt it will ever happen. especially in this life time with all these radical-extremists. But if there had to be a score, in my opinion it would be an 8 or 9.

All of these things will not make up for the 3000+ troops and countless Iraqi lives lost, let alone the lies upon lies. I could still only give him a 2.

I think if any president could accomplish this, they'd be recorded as the best president ever. Unfortunately I doubt any of this will ever happen.

I only know of 2 well spoken of presidents, JFK and Clinton, and they're both democrats (at least in modern times :)
That sounds nice, all the things you mentioned, but those aren't in Bush's mind and don't agree with his philosophy at all.

No because history will show how many Iraqi people died under Bush and historians will say the military method he used was antiquated and wrong and that diplomacy and world cooperation would have accomplished more.

He could do all this and still be thought of as a bully. Miracle worker he is not. His record speaks for itself, is there a minus category on your scale??
