MSN does not have a chat service anymore. Yahoo chat is full of bots; but you can find a "real" person once in a while. AOL chat is full of crybabies. I got blocked from AOL chat cuz some b**ch reported me for trash-talking.

What kind of chatting? There is myspace.com, habbo.com, or even go to google for a chatting place.
