I accidentally bid too much on ebay?

I have tried retracting but it wouldn't let me...I am worried about court issues and all the legal problems? help please...

Email the seller immediately and either tell him or her the truth that you can't afford it, or make up some excuse that sound reasonable. Hope he or she will let you pass this one. He or she can always resell the item again anyway. Good luck.

email the seller.. there has to be a way to take back a bid..
