I don't know if they have Molson on draft, but the pasta at Giovanni's on Oakwood in Detroit is fantastic.

Another "old school" Italian spot is the Roma Cafe at Erskine and Riopelle by the Eastern Market.

You can not go wrong at either place.

I don't know if they have pitchers, but since they have a bar, I'd assume so, but the best place I know of for awesome pasta and beer at the same time is Marinelli's in Madison Heights at 12 Mile and I-75... i've gone there about once every few months for pasta fixes, and it tastes great and the portions are huge!

Mario's on Second in Detroit is very good. A huge menu, a full bar, and long wine list. Best Chianti in Detroit!
Another place with great pasta and cold beer is the Villa Restaurant in Eastpoint. Don't let the name fool you - it is not a pizza joint, although the pizza isn't bad...
The Roma cafe in Eastern Market is just okay. The sauce is not the best around and is not consistent...
