We were together for a year and broke up because I am away at college. We are not really able to go out and do stuff yet cause she is 3 years younger than me but we both still like each other a lot and I want to get her something. Have any good ideas? I am flying home to see her so i will be home.

Make her favorite meal for her, bake her some cookies if you know how... do you love her? frost them to say I Love you if you do. Give her a massage maybe? Tell her you can do anything she wants.

First of all, despite the huge cliche, don't hesitate to get her flowers and chocolate. Girls feel appreciated when guys do things like that for them.
Second, get her something that shows how much you care about her and highlights all the good times you have had together. (Ex: A DVD of the movie you saw on your first date together, her favorite perfume, etc..)
But I think what's most important, rather than buying an expensive gift, is spending quality time with her. Find something to do with her that allows you to be together but doesn't cost a fortune- go sledding at the park, or go to the playground and push each other on the swings, etc. (It really depends on what the weather is like in your area)

Make him a handmade dinner. lots of the time boys do not truly care about cloth issues. So ask his mom his favourite handmade dinner and make it for him. and basically get him a card. Im particular he might want to celebrate with it more effective than some bracelet or something he will likely not in any respect positioned on
