The judicial branch is responsible for interpreting and maintaining law and order in the US. Without the judicial branch there would be likely anarchy and dictatorship.

There are three branches of the government so that anyone can overrule the other. No one can take power because the setup makes it impossible. If only two branches were created, what would be done. Constant arguing and bickering would halt our governmental process and if a law was passed, how would we know if it was consitiutional or not without our judicial branch examining it, which is their job.

The Judiciary is in charge of the administration of justice by settling disputes and deciding cases to solve porblems. It put order in the society so that people will follow the laws. There will be chaos if the Judiciary is abolished.
