Trisomy 21, as with all Down syndrome humans.

what do u mean by chromose changes?!!!..anyways human beings have 46 chromosomes in all...meaning 23 pairs...the last pair shud be XX indicating its a female whose karotype ur looking at/constructing...down syndrome means in other words trisomy 21 so in the 21st pair of the karotype there should be 3 chromosomes there that look alike while a pair somewhere else on the karotype is missing a chromosome (meaning it was supposed to have two chromsomes in the pair only it has one since the 21st pair of chromosomes took an extra chromsome due to mutation resulting in what is identified as down syndrome)...i hope that answers ur question...

the sex chromosomes would be 2 X's
there would be 3 of (trisomy) chromosome # 21.
