how do u get a zammy staff on runescape?

If you mean the rune zammy armour, it is from clue scrolls and is tradable so it can be bought from other players. You can get zammy robes from killing the zammy wizards in the underground pass quest.

alright so u have to beat the mini quest that is mage arena {i beat it when i was lvl 65} so u beat it and you get to choose a god cape and then for like 80k you can buy the staff. but you have to charge it wich means you have to cast 200 spells on the other people in the arena witch is in the wilderness it is a very hard and you need lots of swordies and/or sharks
