Nope, never!
And I always nibble the crusty edges first before going for the part with the filling!

It's funny you should ask because for me, toasting it is part of the Pop-Tart ritual:
1. Toast the Pop-Tart until it's nice and warm. It's important not to allow any of it to burn.
2. Eat the "crust" around the edges - don't leave any crust exposed. Being able to see the filling inside is a must!
3. Turn the Pop-Tart upside down and eat the backside. There is a goal in this step - the goal is to try to remove it without removing too much filling. Most of the filling should be left on the Pop-Tart. What you end up with is a "frosted sugar crisp".
4. "Roll-fold" the frosted sugar crisp.
5. Eat the frosted sugar crisp SLOWLY from one end to the other until all gone.
And yes, it's important (for me) to toast the Pop-Tart. But not for too long - burnt Pop-Tarts get canned. If it's warm enough, you can remove the backside easier (it just slips right off). I've tried microwaving it, but it just makes it limp and doesn't heat evenly.

well u say u dont eat much in the mornings and at lunch and that u "play tennis so much and so often and run daily" ... my guess is u play tennis in the afternoons and that plus school during the day is y ur so hungry in the afternoon/evening... u cant expect to burn so much energy in exercise and not b twice as hungry when ur done... i think as long as ur not gettin overweight u shouldn't stress about it cuz if u get obsessed about it u jus might turn it into a disorder.. try not to eat so much junk tho
