This is my opinion about them but I think you should not listen to anyone and if you love a name just go for it!!!
London - Cute
Morgan - I like it for a girl but not for a boy.
Brooke - Becoming way too popular for my taste.
Mischa - Very cute.
Norelle - Old fashion but still a classic
Evan - for a girl??? Very popular for a boy but I have never heard of it for a girl.
Ryan - For a girl I have seen it spelt Rian for a boy too popular.
Riley - My daughters name so I love it but we spell it all crazy Rhyleigh.
Haylie - Cute but it makes me think of Eminem
Reese - My favorite on this list with the exception of my spelling for Rhyleigh.

These are almost all boy names that are now transgender. What is the gender of your baby? Since they are all nice names, you should look at the meaning. Morgan means born by the sea, do you live near the ocean?
Think about the name in terms of adult name. If your son/daughter is the CEO of a company how will the letterhead look? What about an BFL Quarterback or a WNBA Star? Imagine your child's name as they walk across the podium to accept their valedictorian award. Does it sound good first, middle and last?
But don't listen to me, I named my kid after a number, a nursemaid and a Shakespearen sister.

Haylie is way too popular, unless you want your child to have the same name as 5 other girls in her class at school
