“Consumption is the sole purpose of all production.” Our culture has degenerated from a society based around people to those around things.” Without adequate time and energy we become passive consumers of entertainment. This makes us uninteresting. Advertisers create discontent by holding up impossible promises and standards to which consumers aspire.

What ads? I do not watch them. I did not watch the game. That says that I do not care about what some corp tells me that I have to have to be 'in'.
