Depends on what you like to do. If you like city life go to San Francisco, if you like scenery, you can always go up to Lake Shasta. Northern California has a lot of things, you just have to know what you are looking for.

go to the mendocino coast. its beautiful. check out mendocino.com. its a fun place to visit!!
