You definitely have good taste.
Try these: Soylent Green, The Omega Man, Brazil, Westworld, Logan's Run, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Whoops Apocalypse, 2001 A Space Odyssey, Planet of the Apes (the original with Charlton Heston -- not the remake crap),

"Momento" - I didn't enjoy it, but people seem to love it.
"Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"- If you like movies that make you think about life, then this is a MUST see
"Equilibrium" is good too, it's about a living in a world where all emotions or any thing that causes emotions has been outlawed. I thought it was great, and quite a bizarre concept
