I`ve already paid for them.It was from e-books and i received confirmation letter regarding my payment.
I am waiting for my order 2 weeks now

Why haven't you contacted them to check on your order? You should have the order number on your confirmation. Either e-mail them or give them a call.

You can email them and tell them the situation. Usually companies like ebooks and amazon ask that you wait 10 working days (2 weeks) before reporting a problem (as sometimes things get lost in the post but reappear after a few days) but since your order is 2 weeks late you can now tell them and ask for a replacement/refund

Lodge a complaint with ebooks, if they don't respond by email, phone and post letters to them. If they still don't respond threaten legal action. If they still fail to respond, go ahead with the legal action.

check the terms and conditions, hopefully you can send them back and your account will a credit will be put back into your account. If you haven't recieved them cancel the order.
