~ If you are a Christian, perhaps you could pray with that person for the Lord to bless their work tomorrow...
Perhaps you could just pray for him to be successful tomorrow...
Perhaps you could get a prayer chain together to help that person for tomorrow's event...
If you're NOT a Christian... luck may work... If a rabbit's foot ever done great things for you, it may work towards the other person...
But I will tell you this... God knows already, what will happen tomorrow to that person... to you... to me...
Read Revelation 19:6 "And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth." {Blue Letter Bible}
Omnipotent in the Greek is the word 'pantokrator' (pan-tok-rat'-ore)...
He who holds the way over all things
The ruler of all
Almighty: God
Get into the Word... The Holy Bible... learn how to pray... how to edify others... become an Acts 2:42 man.

good luck AT work, is the same thing as saying good luck at the office, place of business, etc.
good luck WITH work, is saying good luck with the actual tasks and job you are performing

YOU CAN ACTUALLY SAY BOTH "GOOD LUCK AT WORK" OR GOOD LUCK WITH WORK IF YOU'RE TRYING TO SAY GOOD LUCK WITH LIKE THE WORK YOU DO

good luck "at" work sounds like - work in general, people, deadlines.
good luck "with" work would hone into "work" related items only.

at
because "with" work would mean only while he was physically engaged in a task related to his job
you dont want him falling down in the bathroom after taking a leak, and cracking his head

either -- "at work" sounds better, but you could also say "with your project" (in this context, "work" seems to refer to the place or organization, rather than with the specific thing he's doing there
