What tournement playable dragons are considered to be the strongest with a good effect?

Horus The Black Flame Dragon LV6 and LV8. Those are the two best Dragons you can play in a tournament. Tyrant Dragon could be very good but no one has ever put it to the test.

Horus, the Black Flame Dragon LV6 and Horus, the Black Flame Dragon LV8 are probably the 2 top Dragons for Tournament play. They have some great effects and are quite hard to destroy. When you throw together 3 Blue Eyes along with Ultimate that helps as well...especially if you can max it up to Shining Dragon as well. Tyrant Dragon and Victory Dragon would be some great high level additions as well.

i think is the blue-eyes shining dragon 3000 atk 2500 def and the special effect is that you have to offer a blue-eyes white dragon as a sacrifice to play this card,increase this monsters atk by 300 pts for each dragon in the graveyar,also you can negate the effect of any spell,trap or other monsters effect.
i know because i got it.but im not 100% sure if you can use it in tournements.

hmmmmm, the blue eyes white dragon is a good place to start if you have it. another good one is the red eyes black dragon. however if you have the toon world card then, manga ryu ran, and blue eyes toon dragon are your best bets.
One of my older sons mentioned that while the game is not as popular since the TV show ended (he plays Magic the Gathering & goes to tournaments), there are still lots of people who play it.

ultimate blue eyes. i don't know if it's playable in tournaments but we always used it.

just forget those retards. the game is getting old but it is still good. I have red-eyes I had Ra and blue eyes x3 but some one stole it. got blue eyes toon lol
