Like do they act like they are happy that you are their tenant?
Do they raise the rent on you??
Do they keep the place in good working order, Like repairs, Etc????

Mine is crazy. after i mow the lawn he mows it like 30 mins later.

yeah he does.. cause i pay my rent on time.. keep the yard clean.. dont have loud parties, park where im suppose to.. mind my own business... all things work good in my rented place... so if you do the things i do... your landlord will appreciate you

LONG AS YOU PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME! YOU CAN BECOME FRIENDS WITH YOUR LANDLORD IN TIME BUT SOON AS YOU FAIL TO PAY LOOKOUT! THEREFORE ITS NOT A GOOD THING TO FORM A CLOSE FRIENDSHIP
