If you are referring to within the past few weeks I would say he is. He has Toronto playing great ball and winning. His numbers are sound even when he's being double teamed. the guy is playing very well.

Dirk Nowitzki and Steve Nash are the two players that coaches hate to play against anytime. As of now, Dirk has been better (partly because of Nash's injury) but Nash will continue playing at a high level for the rest of the year. MVP goes to Nash by a few votes. Richard... how can you say that? D-Wade dominated and kept Miami afloat all year... and Shaq has only played in like 10 games!

Hopefully by "hottest" you mean most on fire and not what I think you mean... but Gilbert "Hibachi" or "Agent Zero" Arenas is shooting really well right now. Bosh is up there though.
