Do a "Google" for ASPIRE training videos. Very good, and covers electricity fundamentals through advanced electronics diagnostics.
BUT— they ain't cheap. Only very good.
You might also check with NAPA stores. They offer a set of training videos covering all aspects of auto diagnosis and repair.
