Warp to where that big rock nearly fell on you on Death Mountain (Actually, I think its the only warp point on DM.) Midna will talk for a while then you can warp back to Zora's domain. The rock will fall onto the ice, and the ice will melt.

Well you either use the chain and ball or a cannonball. If you have a chain and ball use it or check to see if a cannon is near by.
