MSN means Microsoft and Vista is also Microsoft. The Vista will use the InternetExplorer browser and MSN is entirely compatable with Microsoft's Vista.

I'm sure Vista will have lots of incompatibilities (eg with all Apple products, so far) but MSN will not be one of them
