They need a good WR core. There QB is a rookie that i believe will be like a Mcnabb, and there defense is just fine.

1st against run
31st against pass
8th overrall

coach, a WR or two, and hopefully tarvaris jackson will fill the QB slot. they have great pass rushing players (sharper, smoot, winfield, etc), they just dont play well together for some reason. honestly i really dont think their pass D is all that bad, its just that teams cant run so they pass so much it makes their pass defense look bad.i think brad childress makes a lot of bad calls. chestor taylor is definetly not a weak spot, they dont need a RB. WR core i agree with you completely, they should pretty much just fire all of their WR and gets some new ones

i wouldnt mind seeing the defense do a little more 3-4, they have really solid linemen and it would put another guy in the backfield

WR core definitely --rumors of trading #7 ovral pick + more for Larry Fitzgerald. I'd definitely take that. He's not a total game-changer, but he's got height, hops, and sure hands (the last being something we don't have right now).

I think we need DEs that are better as pass rushing (that's the reason our secondary appears to suck, not because they don't have talent --infact we've got lots of talent back there ----though I wish Antoine Winfield was better as coverage ---being "the hardest hititng CB in the league" is not a good title --it means you do that to compensate for blown coverage). Our higest sack total was 5.5 by a back-up DE Darrion Scott (Kevin Williams' a DT and he managed 5) ---DE Ray Edwards looks to have great potential though, I'm hoping he gets more playing time.

All of our DEs (except Edwards and James-who starts but was injured) are practically like 3-4 types, 6'3+ and 280+. For the tampa-2 style we run we need guys who are 6'3"-6'6" and 250-270.

They need to pick up a good wr, i would recomend a veteran to give their young qb a reliable target, (Jerry Porter, maybe). If they are ranked 31st against the pass on defense then they may need a d-lineman that can pass rush or some better db's.

They need to reboot. They need a good young QB to start developing in the system. Their running back is pretty good and I think if they can get one good wide receiver they will be pretty good on offense. As for their defense, well it's pretty bad. They need to do some work in the free agency this year.

Good WR, perfect D, they will be just fine.

Draft Jamaal Anderson out of Arkansas. He'll solve those pass rushing probs.
