Perhaps not as bad of a beatdown but yes, the AL will dominate. Even though the Cubs have improved their lineup it does not mean they'll dominate. There are more American League "Powerhouses" than National League ones. Even the Mets do not look like they'll be that good next year.

ok lets just think about that again. I am an NL fan and i still no that the NL has so many teams that couldnt beat my grandma. the AL had good teams and even the ROYALS had a over 500. record in interleague play. THE NL will always be the worse league BECAUSE we r the NL. Wait a few years when howard, wright, and reyes are the premier stars. But for now u gotta say that the AL is still the DOMINATOR!

No! VICE VERSA! The NL is clearly the better league than the AL. And anyway, 100 wins to 70 wins isn't a "serious beat down."
Go Braves!
The AL "Powerhouses" are a bunch of rich guys buying any players they want (yanks and red sox)

NO!!!!!!
National League baseball teams look STRONGER this year.
Take a look at Milwaukee, Houston, and Arizona (Now that they have Randy Johnson back)...
Yeah, let's face it...the American League baseball teams don't look too impressive this upcoming year/baseball season of 2007.
Saying this as a Minnesota Twins fan of course, The Twins themselves should dominate National League opposition in 2007.
I mean with our starting rotation of Santana, Ortiz, Ponson, Silva, and Bonser, now who's going to show discredit towards that.

I think the AL is just the stronger league right now. And it helps that the A's are in the AL and are almost unbeatable in interleague play.
A's WORLD SERIES CHAMPS 2007!!!!!
