None of these is an anagram for ruler. An anagram is a word that is made by rearranging the letters of another word.

What you're looking for is a synonym.

The closest I can figure out is #5, wizard.

to girl above, there's no "d" in #5...

I came up with caliph for #3, which is a spiritual head of Islam , a successor from Muhummad..or 2 is sirdar, an Indian of high/noble rank... if that could be what you're looking for; the others i got mullah and intaglio but those don't fit.
