Hello,
(ANS) The answer is simply, No! a visual image of a ham sandwich wont work. why? because on a bodily level, physiologically your body wont have the same response as actually consuming the food itself. The sensation of satisfaction is a reaction trigger by the food entering & being in the stomach. the stomach sends messages to the brain. The same responses cannot be triggered just by an image alone.
**If you think about it, if that was possible then we wouldnt have such a hard time loosing weight. why? because if that worked we wouldnt have to eat real food in the first place. And there wouldnt be a multi million £ (or $) weight loss industry either.
