The exact size of the engine in cc's should be molded in the engine case or on the cylinder case (jug).. For instance most model 750 bikes have 748cc stamped or molded into the engine. most time this will be in front or behind the jug where it meets the engine case.. If you look it over close you should be able to find it, if not contact a dealer..
