Your comment about Madam Curie is a low blow. True her husband was also a renowned scientist but she was awarded 2 Nobel Prizes for her work-- less than 5 people in the whole world up to now who received 2 Nobel Prizes. Her second prize was based on her work on using radioactive materials for early attempts to treat cancers, which she got as a result of her experimentation with such materials. No physicist would agree with your opinion of Madam Curie.

If you measure women's contribution by number of Nobel Prizes, it is not fair because society generally did not encourage women to seek high education until the middle of last century. Nobel Prizes are awarded to people with high education in the technical field, except in literature. There are certainly many women authors in all cultures whose works are appreciated.

Women also make good educators, especially for children at early ages. They help lay the foundation of every generation.

Humanity is broad word. Women's contribution to humanity is that they are mothers, without them there ain't no you!!

Let's see ...

Hypatia was one of the leading scholars at the Great Library of Alexandria.

Eleanor of Aquitaine was reasonable for the development of troubadours which led, in one way or another, to current musical entertainment.

Jocelyn Bell who was part of the team that ended up identifying pulsars and led to the study of condensed and degenerate stellar masses.

The woman who birthed you.

There's four.

Women are clever. They get pregnant, give birth to babies and the whole society applauds them for perpetuating the human race. Without women, there will be nothing.

Lemme guess...you're a virgin, yah? And you're likely to stay one until you realize what a good woman can do in so many different ways that you have NO CLUE about. Look up this word in the dictionary: misogynist.
